October 19th Professional Development

Monday, October 19th 2009 is s District dedicated Professional Development day.
Please register for the two professional development sessions, which we will hold in the media center, on Monday October 19th, 2009
The morning session is
- Activity Title: Technology at the Gardens Destiny
- Activity Description: This interactive course will enable teachers and staff at Hialeah Gardens to use technology applications for instruction, creation of instructional materials and support, and for classroom applications.

The afternoon session is
- Activity Title: Professional Learning at the Gardens CIM - DI - FCAT
- Activity Description: This course will enable the participant to identify the latest instructional strategies, innovative teaching techniques and/or new instructional materials that can be used in a specific job assignment to improve the instructional process. Upon successful completion of this professional development activity, the participant will be able to incorporate into his/her instruction the principals presented in this workshop.
